\n\nIs red light therapy safe?
\nYes. Red and near-infrared light therapy (660 nm and 850 nm) is non-invasive, painless, and has been clinically studied for over 30 years. It does not emit UV rays or ionizing radiation. It gently warms the skin and penetrates a few millimeters — stimulating collagen production (red) or working into muscles and joints (NIR). It's classified as a cosmeceutical in the EU and recognized as a wellness device by the FDA.
\nHow long should I use the device each day?
\nMost of our customers see improvement with sessions of 10–20 minutes per area, 3–5 times a week. Larger panels (VitalGlow 120W) cover the full body in about 15 minutes. Facial devices (LED masks, rollers) are designed for daily use, 10–15 minutes. We recommend starting with shorter sessions (5–10 min) and building up as your skin adapts.
\nWhen will I see results?
\nResults vary depending on the device and your goal:\n

Are there any side effects?

Never look directly into high-power NIR LEDs at close range without protective eyewear.

\nWe ship across Europe. Mainland Spain: 24–72h (free). Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 3–5 business days. European Union: 3–7 business days (free on orders over €50, €4.95 for smaller orders). You'll receive a tracking code as soon as your order leaves our warehouse in Madrid.
\nWhat if my product arrives defective?
\nEmail us at info@luzrojashop.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost within 24–48h. All products come with the EU 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, plus our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
\nCan I return the product if I'm not satisfied?
\nYes. Under EU right of withdrawal, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to return the product without giving any reason. You'll receive a full refund within 14 days from when the product reaches us. On top of that, we offer a voluntary 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're not happy, we'll refund you — no questions asked.
